I am on a weight loss journey... I have 45 pounds to lose... I am from the wonderful southern state of Alabama... I have put this page together to let people know about my weight loss journey.... Hopefully to help them out...

I started weight watchers on April 22,2008... I will make sure that I keep you updated on my progress... I started my first day of flex points today...
